Shipping via UPS
We strive to keep our prices for products and shipping as low as possible. An address is residential if it is zoned residential and all commercial address are checked during processing. Incorrect designation of a residential shipping address (as commercial) when choosing UPS services will result in downgrade in shipping option. If shipping charges for the order are still not met with the downgrade, the order will be placed on hold until the customer is contacted and remaining shipping charges (in accordance with the residential designation) are paid.
Incorrect addresses or incomplete delivery information will result in a $10 fee from UPS. If this occurs, the customer will be notified via email regarding the additional charge. Customer agrees that this fee will be added to the order and paid to Stuffed Animal Farm, Inc. via the original form of credit card payment or notify Stuffed Animal Farm within three (3) days of notice with another form of payment.
Gift MessagesStuffed Animal Farm will not print nor send any gift message containing objectionable, offensive, threatening or obscene content.
