They had such a large variety of Gund stuffed animals to choose from and their prices were so reasonable. I ordered the perfect gift for my granddaughter and requested that it be monogrammed. I was most impressed when Karen contacted me in reference to a question about the location of monogramming my granddaughter's name. Karen even emailed me a photo of the finished product before it was shipped to be sure I was satisfied. She had it beautifully wrapped for me and I received my Gund Huggy Baby in three days... just in time for Valentine's Day. My granddaughter loved "Spunky" and I would HIGHLY recommend Stuff Animal Farm to anyone. I purchased the comfy cozy lamb blanket. It was delivered quickly to my home and I am very pleased with the product as well as the service I received. The comfy cozy lamb went on sale after I purchased it so I contacted Stuffed Animal Farm. They not only got back to me promptly but they refunded me the difference with no hassle. I then received a future coupon in my email. This is my first experience dealing with them and I will definately purchase things from them in the future. She fell in love with it, and it soon became her favorite "lovey." When she lost it a few weeks ago, we searched the internet for little barking dogs (we did not have the company brand name). We are thrilled when we found it, and it was shipped to us immediately. When the package arrived, my huaband saw the return address label and said, it's from the Stuffed Animal Farm! So now our 3 year old, who is thrilled beyond belief to be reunited with her favorite little dog, thinks that he was on a trip, visiting his friends at the stuffed animal farm. The company contacted me to try again thogh Google Checkout but when I did the item was sold out! My daughter had to glue the eyes back together four times and we knew Elmo wasn't going to last much longer. I ordered another one on friday morning and on monday my daughter recieved it in the mail. When my grandson laid his old Elmo down (Elmo is his lifeline) my daughter made the switch. He quickly saw Elmos eye wasn't the same. My grandson asked mommy about Elmos "owie". She told him it was all better. He carried it around showing everyone Elmos owie was all better. I cannot thank Animal Farm enough for the prompt prompt service getting Elmo in the mail before the old Elmos eye broke again. I will definately use Animal Farm again and will be purchasing and Elmo immediately due to the fact my grandson rides horses and ponies and Elmo goes with him so we need another one because they have to be washed so much.
