Worldwide shipping is available via USPS Global Priority International, however order delivery is not guaranteed due to customs procedures in transient countries. USPS cannot track packages once they leave the United States and lost orders will not be returned nor refunded. International orders must be paid through Google Checkout, however regular checkout may be used for a US bank credit card with a US billing address. We do not ship to international forwarding addresses. Rates for all shipping methods are location and weight-based and can be estimated in the shopping cart by entering delivery zip code, state and then clicking the "Estimate Shipping" icon. During checkout, please ensure the correct "residential or commercial" address is displayed. All commercial addresses are checked and incorrect designation will result in downgraded shipping and / or delays in processing. *If an item is ordered and unexpectedly becomes sold out, we will notify you promptly via email or phone and provide information regarding the availability of the item. Items with differing availability will ship together when orders are complete unless otherwise arranged. *Please note we do not include pricing information with our orders unless requested. Invoices are emailed to the billing party only when an email address is provided. All items are new and purchased directly from the manufacturer with the attached GUND tags containing a bar code only (no price). If a gift order is shipped without a gift message request, a packing list (without pricing) will be included in the order to acknowledge the sender. United States Postal Service (USPS) - residential, commercial and PO Box addresses: USPS Priority Mail: ships by the next business day with delivery confirmation tracking in 2-3 business days. **Deliveries do not require a signature and will be left at the address, unless the postal carrier decides it is not safe to leave the package. USPS Global Priority Mail within Canada:ships by the next business day with delivery in 6-10 business days. **Orders leaving the U.S. will pass through customs and package tracking will no longer be available. FedEx - residential & commercial (no PO Box) addresses: FedEx Ground Service: ships by the next business day with in-transit tracking and delivery in 1-5 business days, depending on location. **Although it is at the discretion of the driver, deliveries usually do not require a signature and will be left at a "single" address. An order addressed to an apartment, condominium, or duplex requires a signature. In the event that someone is not available to sign for the package, if required, a notice will be left for redelivery or pickup at the local FedEx office. FedEx Standard Overnight: ships by the next business day with delivery signature confirmation tracking the following business day. **A signature is required for delivery, however you may waive the required signature by request in the special instructions section of the order at checkout. If the signature is not waived and someone is not available to sign for the package, a notice will be left for redelivery or pickup at the local office. *Orders shipping to some areas of Florida and Georgia will ship in one day via FedEx Ground Service. *Incorrect addresses or incomplete delivery information will result in a $10 fee from FedEx, which will need to be paid to Stuffed Animal Farm by the customer. **IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PROCESSING OR SHIPPING OF YOUR ORDER, WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE ORDER. We strive to keep our prices for products and shipping as low as possible. Incorrect designation of a residential shipping address (as commercial) when choosing FedEx services will result in downgrade in shipping option. If shipping charges for the order are still not met with the downgrade, the order will be placed on hold until the customer is contacted and remaining shipping charges (in accordance with the residential designation) are paid.
