Please tell us about your quantity order needs and we will quote you a discounted price. We can also try to assist you in obtaining hard-to-find items that are currently available with Gund. However, if Gund and Gund Baby items are discontinued with the manufacturer, we will not be able to obtain them.

We care about the environment - we reduce, reuse and recycle our packing materials. We do not include packing slips nor invoices with orders, as they are emailed and accessed through the customer account portion of our website.

We do not include pricing information with our orders unless requested. Invoices are emailed to the billing party only. All items are new and purchased directly from the manufacturer and the attached Gotta Getta Gund tags contain a barcode only (no price). If a gift order is shipped without a gift message request, a packing list (without pricing) or gift tag will be included in the order to acknowledge the sender.

Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed and we have a no-hassle return policy. Please email return requests with the above contact form and we will reply with a return authorization number and return address.

• Items must be returned in new condition within 30 days of receipt.
• Personalized items may not be returned.
• All items must be returned with tags attached in the original containers.
• No restocking fees for items ordered in stock.  Special orders or Gund bulk orders exceeding current stock levels will be subject to a 25% stocking fee if returned, per the manufacturer.
• Refunds exclude shipping charges. If the item was sent to you with discounted shipping, the refund will exclude normal shipping charges or our cost, whichever is greater.
